Happy Mother's Day to all

The kids school did a wonderful mother's day party for the mom's and kids.
They setup 4 stations:
1. Creating a lei out of muffin liners (blue, pink and yellow ones), cut up straws, paper flower cutouts and string. The kids made it beautifully and chose a smaller sting so I have a bracelet.
2. They had black pens, fake flowers, and the green tape to wrap around. They made a flower pen and attached a tag and ribbon
3. We put their hand prints on a paper with a mother's day pray
4. they made me picture frames

We had juice and cookies as well

Tomorrow we are having Austen's 2nd birthday party. We are partying Luau style :'( My little baby, well she is still a baby, but she is growing up so fast. We have full on conversations with her. At school, her nickname is chatterbox and she responds to that name. The potty training has taken off. She uses the restroom all the time now (but if she is playing, all rules go out the window). She still doesn't want to poop in the toilet though... baby steps. Very independent. She wants to do everything herself but a wonderful helper. It is neat to see motherly instincts within her, very cute. We love playing kitchen. The four of us sit around and A makes us food and drinks. A child's imagination is wonderful.

I wish everyone a wonderful Mother's Day weekend
